✅ Eligibility for Refunds
- ⏳ Request your refund within 7 working days from the first time you used the product.
- 📦 Keep the original packaging (if possible) + proof of purchase.
- 🛡️ Product should show normal test usage — no excessive use, damage, or misuse.
- 🌸 For hygiene reasons, opened personal care items are only refundable if defective or cause a skin reaction.
